Quality early childhood education at affordable rates
Breakfast, lunch, and snacks now included. No increase in tuition.
Meals are now part of every program at every location. You no longer need to pack a lunch, and your weekly rate has not changed.
Your tuition covers everything your child needs for a full day of learning and fun. Each morning starts with breakfast, followed by hands-on activities tailored to your child's age group. Our teachers use a play-based curriculum that builds early literacy, math skills, and social confidence through art projects, storytime, music, and outdoor exploration.
Throughout the day, children enjoy structured learning time, free play, and plenty of time outdoors on our playground. Lunch, an afternoon snack, and an evening snack for children staying past 5 PM are all provided, so your child stays fueled and happy. Meals meet USDA nutritional guidelines, and we can accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions with advance notice.
You will receive daily updates and photos through our parent communication app, so you always know how your child's day is going.
School-age children receive an afternoon snack and an evening snack on school days, since they eat breakfast and lunch at school. On non-school days such as summer, school breaks, teacher in-service days, and snow days, they receive all meals.

We accept childcare subsidies to help make quality care affordable for your family:
Many families in Oak Harbor qualify for childcare assistance and don't realize it. Here is a quick overview of the programs we accept:
DSHS Working Connections is available to families who are working, in school, or participating in approved training programs. Income limits vary by family size. You can apply online through Washington Connection and list our SSPS number (587902) as your preferred provider.
MCCYN and MCCYN-PLUS are designed for active-duty military families stationed at or near NAS Whidbey Island. Child Care Aware Military serves Army, Air Force, and Marine Corps families. Our page for military families walks you through finding us on MilitaryChildCare.com and completing your MCCYN Cost Worksheet.
MCCYN and MCCYN-PLUS are fee assistance programs, so they work a little differently. You pay your tuition upfront like a private-pay family and submit your monthly Benefit Form to the MCCYN or MCCYN-PLUS program to release your monthly benefits. Once we receive your fee assistance from the military program, we credit that amount to your account and apply it to your future invoices.
Fee assistance credits are applied against actual charges. Excess credit is not refundable in cash. See our Military Families page for details.
Not sure which program fits your family? Visit our enrollment page or give us a call and we will help you figure it out.
Rates depend on your child's age and your preferred schedule. Contact us for a specific quote!
