📝 How to Submit Your Forms

You have two options to submit your completed enrollment forms:

  • Option 1: Complete the forms on your computer and email them to Info@NurtureWithCareKidsAcademy.com
  • Option 2: Print the forms, complete them by hand, and bring them to the center

💳 Making a Payment

You can pay your $100 registration fee, tuition, or drop-in care by Venmo or Zelle on our payment page. Please include your child's first and last name and what the payment is for, so we can match it to your family.

Families using DSHS, MCCYN, or MCCYN-PLUS should talk to the Director first rather than paying here.
