First Visit Paperwork

Complete enrollment forms and liability waiver (first visit only)
Bring immunization records
Forms only need updating if medical conditions or immunizations change

Drop Off Your Child

Arrive between 7:00 AM - 11:30 AM or 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Pay cash at drop-off

⚠️ No drop-off during nap time: 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM

Pick Up

Pick up by 6:00 PM
Late fee: $1 per minute after 6:00 PM

⚠️ No pickup during nap time: 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM

What to Bring

Please pack these items for your child

Diapers/pull-ups and wipes (if needed)

Change of clothes

Comfort items (blanket, stuffed animal)

Lunch/snacks if staying through meal time

Cash for payment

Important Policies

👶 Ages Accepted

12 months to 7 years old.

🏥 Health & Safety

We cannot accept sick children (fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or contagious illness). Current immunizations are required.

❌ Cancellation

Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel. No-shows may affect future booking priority.

🚫 Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
